1. About the Institution
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat (hereinafter referred to as "the Jamia," "the Institution," or "JSKJ") is an autonomous, self-governed, and independent Islamic educational institution founded in 2017 by Hajj Mohammed Abbas Ali and his spouse. The Jamia operates under the theological framework of AhleSunnat Wal Jama'at (Hanafi Barelvi school of thought) and derives its educational curriculum and moral guidance exclusively from the Holy Quran and Hadith. The Institution is registered with Tanzeem Al-Madaris AhleSunnat Pakistan Board and is also registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) of Pakistan. The sister institution, Jamia Abdul Rehman Academy, is registered with Kanzul Madaris Board International. The digital growth and online operations of the Jamia are managed by Dr. Abdul Rehman Abbas. The teaching faculty at Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat includes the daughters of Haji Abbas Ali. Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat is a non-profit organization and all its operations are conducted in compliance with the laws of Pakistan and the ethical standards of Islamic education.
2. Eligibility and Admission Policy
Admission to Deeni (Islamic religious) courses at Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat is exclusively available to female students (girls only). The Jamia is a girls-only institution for all Islamic education programs, including but not limited to Dars-e-Nizami, Alimah Course, Hifz-ul-Quran, Tajweed, and Tafseer courses. However, for modern and skill-development courses such as Canva Course, Dispenser Technique, and other vocational or professional development programs, both male and female students are eligible to apply. All applicants must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the admission process. Any false, misleading, fabricated, or fraudulent information submitted at any stage of the admission process shall result in the immediate rejection of the application, cancellation of admission if already granted, permanent blocking of the applicant's account, and potential legal action as deemed necessary by the Institution. The Institution reserves the absolute and unconditional right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide reasons for its decision. The decision of the Jamia's administration regarding admissions shall be final and binding, and no appeal, objection, or claim shall be entertained in this regard.
3. No Branches or Affiliates
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat does not have, nor has it ever authorized, any branch, sub-branch, satellite campus, franchise, or affiliated outlet operating under its name at any location. The Jamia operates solely from its registered address at Majeed Park, Street No. 09, Near Govt Girls Primary School, Shahdra Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Any person, entity, organization, or website claiming to be a branch, representative, agent, or affiliate of Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat is acting fraudulently and without authorization. The Institution shall not be held responsible or liable for any actions, representations, promises, financial transactions, or damages arising from such unauthorized entities. Members of the public are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of any communication or representation purporting to be from the Jamia by contacting the official WhatsApp number (+92 319 315 4867) or official email (jamiakhatonejannat@gmail.com).
4. Hostel and Accommodation
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat does not provide hostel, boarding, lodging, or residential accommodation facilities of any kind. All students are expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and transportation. The Institution shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accommodation-related issues, disputes, losses, injuries, or damages that a student may encounter outside the Institution's premises. Any claims or assertions by any person that the Jamia offers hostel or residential facilities are categorically false and should be reported to the administration immediately.
5. Fee Structure and Refund Policy
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat does not charge any admission fee, examination fee, test fee, or any other fee at the time of enrollment other than the designated monthly tuition fee as applicable to the enrolled course. It is explicitly stated and understood that the Institution maintains a strict no-refund policy. Under no circumstances shall any payment made to the Institution be refunded, whether in full or in part, except under the following exceptional condition: A student may submit a formal written request for monthly fee refund. Such request shall be subject to thorough review, financial verification, and authentication by the duly authorized Financial Verification Authority of Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat. A refund of monthly fee shall only be processed if and when the Authority, after complete due diligence, determines the request to be valid, genuine, and justified. The decision of the Authority in all matters relating to refunds shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no further correspondence, appeal, or legal challenge shall be entertained in this regard. Students and their guardians are advised to carefully consider their commitment before making any payment, as the Institution is under no obligation to issue refunds under any other circumstances, including but not limited to voluntary withdrawal, academic dismissal, change of mind, relocation, personal emergencies, or any other reason whatsoever.
6. Educational Programs and Mode of Study
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat offers a comprehensive range of educational programs that include Islamic education based on the Holy Quran and Hadith, modern academic education, and skills development education. Students may study on-campus at the Jamia's physical premises or participate in online classes as per the availability and structure of individual courses. The Institution reserves the right to modify, update, restructure, suspend, or discontinue any course, program, syllabus, schedule, or mode of delivery at any time and without prior notice. Students shall have no claim for compensation, refund, or damages arising from any such modification. All course content, materials, syllabi, lecture recordings, notes, and educational resources developed or distributed by the Institution are the intellectual property of Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, uploaded, sold, or used for any commercial or unauthorized purpose without the explicit written consent of the Institution.
7. Student Conduct, Welfare, and Institutional Values
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat is deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing, respectful, and dignified learning environment for all students. The Institution operates with the highest standards of care, compassion, and respect for every individual. Students at the Jamia are treated with love, affection, honor, and respect at all times. The Institution categorically prohibits and does not tolerate any form of corporal punishment, physical abuse, verbal abuse, emotional harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or any conduct that is disrespectful, demeaning, or harmful to any student's physical, emotional, or psychological well-being. Any allegation of misconduct, mistreatment, or inappropriate behavior by any staff member or student shall be taken with the utmost seriousness and shall be investigated promptly and thoroughly. All students, teachers, and staff members are required to maintain the highest standards of Islamic etiquette (Adab), mutual respect, honesty, integrity, and moral conduct at all times within the Institution's premises and in all online interactions associated with the Jamia.
8. Prohibition of Defamation and Protection of Institutional Reputation
The name, reputation, goodwill, and honor of Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat, its founders, administration, faculty, staff, and students are sacred and shall be protected with the fullest extent of the law. Any person or entity that engages in, attempts to engage in, facilitates, encourages, or is complicit in any act of defamation, slander, libel, false accusation, malicious propaganda, character assassination, fabrication of false claims, spreading of misinformation, disrespectful commentary, blasphemous or sacrilegious remarks, or any other form of attack on the name, reputation, honor, or integrity of the Jamia, its founders, its administration, its faculty, its students, or any associated person shall be subject to the severest legal consequences under the applicable laws of Pakistan, including but not limited to civil litigation for defamation and damages, criminal prosecution under the Pakistan Penal Code (including Sections 499, 500, 501, and 502 relating to defamation), criminal prosecution under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 for cyber defamation, harassment, and spreading of false information, filing of FIR (First Information Report) with the relevant law enforcement agencies, seeking of injunctive relief and restraining orders from the competent courts, and claiming of compensatory and punitive damages. No person, whether a current student, former student, parent, guardian, third party, competitor, or any other individual or entity, shall have the right to tarnish, damage, or bring into disrepute the name of Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat in any manner whatsoever, whether through verbal statements, written publications, social media posts, online reviews, videos, audio recordings, or any other medium of communication. The Institution reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any such person or entity without prior notice. Any grievance, complaint, or concern must be addressed exclusively through the official internal complaint resolution mechanism of the Jamia and shall not be publicized or disseminated through any public or social media platform.
9. Rules, Regulations, and Disciplinary Action
All students enrolled at Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat are required to strictly comply with and adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of conduct, policies, and directives issued by the Institution from time to time. The following acts shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action, which may include formal warning, suspension, expulsion, cancellation of enrollment, forfeiture of all fees paid, and permanent blacklisting: submission of false, fraudulent, or misleading information in the admission application or at any subsequent stage; engaging in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty; engaging in disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or violent behavior towards any staff member, teacher, or fellow student; unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Institution's intellectual property, course materials, or confidential information; engaging in any activity that brings the Institution into disrepute or harms its reputation; violation of any Islamic ethical standards, institutional rules, or the laws of Pakistan; engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation; unauthorized communication with media or public forums regarding institutional matters; and any other act or omission that the administration deems to be a violation of institutional policies. The administration's decision in all disciplinary matters shall be final and binding. Students who are expelled or whose admissions are cancelled on disciplinary grounds shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or certificate of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat, its founders, administration, faculty, staff, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use of the Institution's services, websites, online portals, or educational programs. The Institution shall not be held liable for any technical failures, system errors, data loss, cyber attacks, unauthorized access, or interruptions to the online admission portal, student portal, or any other digital platform operated by the Institution. The Institution shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, documents, or devices of students while on or off the Institution's premises. The Institution makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the outcomes, employment prospects, career advancement, or any other benefit that a student may or may not derive from completing any course or program offered by the Institution.
11. Admission Cancellation
A student whose admission has been approved may submit an Admission Cancellation Request through the designated section on the online portal. The student must log in using their registered email and password or roll number and password, provide a valid reason for cancellation, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy before submitting the cancellation request. Cancellation requests can only be submitted after the admission has been officially approved by the Jamia's administration. Students whose applications are still pending approval cannot submit a cancellation request. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it shall be reviewed by the administration. The final decision regarding approval or rejection of the cancellation request shall rest solely with the Institution. Cancellation of admission does not entitle the student to any refund of fees paid, unless otherwise determined by the Financial Verification Authority as stated in Section 5 of these Terms. All student records shall be retained by the Institution even after cancellation, as per the Institution's data retention policy.
12. Blasphemy, Sacrilege, and Religious Sensitivity
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat is an institution built upon the sacred foundations of Islamic knowledge and the love of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). Any act of blasphemy (Gustakhi), sacrilege (Bay-Adbi), disrespect towards the Holy Quran, the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the Companions (Sahaba), the Ahl-e-Bayt, the Awliya Allah, or any sanctified figure of Islam shall be treated as a matter of the gravest severity. Any person found guilty of such acts, whether through speech, writing, social media, or any other medium, shall face immediate expulsion from the Institution, permanent blacklisting, and the Institution shall cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and shall pursue the strictest legal action available under the laws of Pakistan, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code relating to blasphemy. The Institution has zero tolerance for any form of religious disrespect and shall not hesitate to take any and all measures necessary to protect the sanctity of Islam and the honor of its sacred personalities.
13. Autonomy and Independence
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat is a completely autonomous and self-governing institution (Khud Mukhtar Idara). While the Institution is registered with and affiliated to Tanzeem Al-Madaris AhleSunnat Pakistan Board and the sister institution with Kanzul Madaris Board International, the day-to-day operations, academic decisions, administrative policies, financial management, and all other matters are exclusively within the domain of the Jamia's own administration. No external entity, organization, individual, political party, or group has any authority, control, or influence over the decisions, policies, or operations of the Jamia. Any representation to the contrary is false and unauthorized.
14. Amendments and Modifications
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, update, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions shall be available on the Institution's official admission portal. It is the responsibility of every student, applicant, parent, and guardian to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Institution's services, portal, or enrollment shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between different versions of these Terms, the most recent version shall prevail.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue, forum non conveniens, or any other procedural defense.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on the online admission portal, submitting an admission application, enrolling in any course, attending any class (whether on-campus or online), making any payment, or using any service provided by Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat, the student (and their parent or guardian, if the student is a minor) expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies and guidelines of the Institution. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the student (and their parent or guardian) and Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat.
17. Grievance Redressal and Contact
All grievances, complaints, concerns, suggestions, and feedback must be communicated exclusively through the official channels of Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat. Students and parents are encouraged to contact the administration directly via the official WhatsApp number (+92 319 315 4867) or official email (jamiakhatonejannat@gmail.com). The Institution is committed to addressing all legitimate concerns promptly, fairly, and in accordance with the principles of justice and Islamic ethics. Public defamation or social media campaigns in lieu of using the official grievance mechanism shall be treated as a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may attract legal consequences as outlined herein.

1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat (hereinafter referred to as "the Jamia," "the Institution," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, protects, retains, and manages the personal information and data of all applicants, students, parents, guardians, and users who interact with the Institution through its physical campus, online admission portal, student portal, websites, social media platforms, and any other medium of communication. This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who create an account on the admission portal, submit an admission application, enroll in any course, attend any class, make any payment, visit any of the Institution's websites, or interact with the Institution in any capacity. By using any of the Institution's services or platforms, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
In order to process admissions, maintain accurate student records, ensure institutional security, and provide effective educational services, Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat collects and maintains the following categories of personal information: full name of the student in both English and Urdu; father's name in both English and Urdu; date of birth and age; gender; CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) number or B-Form number of the student; CNIC number of the father or guardian; father's occupation and monthly income; complete residential and postal addresses including province and city; email address used for account registration and communication; WhatsApp number, alternate contact number, and emergency contact details; passport-size photographs of the student; scanned copies or photographs of CNIC (front and back) of both the student and the father; scanned copies of educational certificates, diplomas, result cards, and qualification documents (both Islamic and modern); details of previous Islamic education and academic qualifications; name of the previous educational institution; selected course and part or year of enrollment; Quran memorization status and number of Juz memorized; medical conditions and health-related information; purpose of seeking admission; guardian information if applicable; preferred study time and mode; language proficiency; computer skills and device availability; internet connection type; study environment details; referral source; payment details including bank or wallet name, transaction ID, payment date, amount, and payment purpose; account login credentials including encrypted passwords; roll number and application ID assigned by the system; IP address, browser type, device information, and other technical data collected automatically through the online portal; and any other information voluntarily provided by the student, parent, or guardian during the admission process or at any subsequent stage.
3. How We Use Your Information
The personal information collected by Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat is used for the following purposes: processing, reviewing, and evaluating admission applications; verifying the identity, eligibility, and qualifications of applicants; communicating with students and parents regarding admission status, approvals, rejections, updates, announcements, and institutional notifications; maintaining comprehensive and accurate student records as required by the Institution's academic and administrative operations; generating official documents including admission confirmation letters, roll numbers, certificates, and academic transcripts; facilitating and verifying fee payments and financial transactions; providing access to the online student portal, learning management systems, and digital educational resources; monitoring academic progress, attendance, and performance; ensuring compliance with institutional rules, regulations, and policies; conducting internal audits, quality assessments, and institutional evaluations; responding to inquiries, complaints, grievances, and support requests; fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, including submissions to affiliated boards (Tanzeem Al-Madaris AhleSunnat Pakistan and Kanzul Madaris Board International) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR); protecting the rights, property, safety, and security of the Institution, its students, staff, and faculty; preventing and detecting fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access to the Institution's systems and platforms; and improving, enhancing, and optimizing the Institution's services, programs, and digital platforms.
4. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
All personal data, information, documents, photographs, and records of every student who has ever applied to or enrolled at Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat are stored and preserved securely within the Institution's systems. The Jamia maintains complete and comprehensive records of all students, including their personal information, contact details, photographs, educational documents, payment records, academic progress, attendance, and all other relevant data. These records are maintained indefinitely as part of the Institution's permanent academic archive and shall not be deleted, destroyed, or disposed of, even after a student has completed their studies, withdrawn, or had their admission cancelled. The Institution employs industry-standard security measures to protect all personal data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, destruction, or misuse. These measures include encrypted data transmission using SSL/TLS protocols, secure cloud storage on JSKJ Hosting and JSKJ Storage platforms, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, access controls and role-based permissions for administrative staff, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, and secure backup and disaster recovery procedures. While the Institution takes every reasonable precaution to protect personal data, no system can guarantee absolute security. The Institution shall not be held liable for any data breach, cyber attack, or unauthorized access that occurs despite the implementation of reasonable security measures.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit the personal information of its students to any third party. However, the Institution may share or disclose personal information in the following circumstances: with affiliated educational boards (Tanzeem Al-Madaris AhleSunnat Pakistan Board and Kanzul Madaris Board International) for the purpose of registration, examination, and certification; with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and other governmental or regulatory authorities as required by law; with authorized service providers and technology partners that assist the Institution in operating its digital infrastructure (including JSKJ Hosting, JSKJ Storage, and JSKJ Website Builders), subject to appropriate data protection agreements; with law enforcement agencies, courts, or legal authorities when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when the Institution believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of its students, staff, or the public; with the student's parent, guardian, or emergency contact person in case of emergency or when deemed necessary by the administration; within the Institution's administration and faculty for legitimate educational and administrative purposes; and in connection with any merger, restructuring, or transfer of the Institution's operations, in which case the successor entity shall be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Institution's online admission portal and websites may use cookies, local storage, session data, and other standard web technologies to enhance user experience, maintain login sessions, track page views and usage statistics, and improve the functionality and performance of the platform. By using the Institution's online platforms, you consent to the use of such technologies. You may configure your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies, but this may affect the functionality and usability of certain features of the online portal.
7. Children's Privacy
The Institution recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of minors (individuals under the age of 18). When a minor applies for admission, the application must be submitted by or with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian shall be responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and shall be deemed to have consented to the collection, processing, and storage of the minor's personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. The Institution takes special care to protect the personal data and photographs of minor students and shall not publicly disclose such information without the consent of the parent or guardian.
8. Your Rights

Refund Policy - Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat
Important: As per the refund policy of Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat, admission fees are completely non-refundable under any circumstances. Monthly fee refund is only possible when Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat approves the student's refund application after thorough verification and authentication.
جامعہ سیدہ خاتون جنت کی ریفنڈ پالیسی کے مطابق ایڈمیشن فیس کسی بھی صورت میں واپس نہیں ہوتی۔ صرف ماہانہ فیس کا ریفنڈ ممکن ہے جب جامعہ سیدہ خاتون جنت طالب علم کی درخواست کو تصدیق کے بعد منظور کرے۔
Refund is only for Monthly Fees: Refund application is accepted only for monthly fees. Admission fee is non-refundable. Upon approval, only 50% of the monthly fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% covers Jamia Syeda Khatun e Jannat's time, staff fees, processing, verification, and checking costs.
ریفنڈ صرف ماہانہ فیس کا ہوتا ہے۔ ایڈمیشن فیس واپس نہیں ہوتی۔ منظوری پر صرف 50% ماہانہ فیس واپس کی جائے گی۔ باقی 50% جامعہ کے وقت، عملے کی فیس، پروسیسنگ، تصدیق اور جانچ کے اخراجات میں شامل ہے۔
Remember: You accepted the rules and regulations when filling the admission form. The admission form also clearly stated these terms. Therefore, if your refund application is not accepted, you have no grounds for any objection or question.
